About Jeff Originally from Long Island, N.Y., Jeff moved to Southern California in 1971 when he began attending San Fernando Valley State College which is known today as California State University at Northridge. He finished his college years at University of California at Santa Cruz with honors and a BA in Psychology. After spending a short time counseling clients in crisis, Jeff went into the Beauty Business which was another experience dealing with and making the public happy. It was perfect background both with counseling and haircutting to form a good basis for his Real Estate career. In 1986, Jeff pursued a sales license in Real Estate. He took to it like a fish to water and immediately dove in head first. He is a natural, feeling comfortable working with and helping both first time Buyers and experienced Sellers. He has been a top producer and over 21 years working in the profession. In addition, Jeff earned his Broker's license in 1992 and joined RE/MAX on the Boulevard in 1994. "RE/MAX has given me the tools, support and knowledge to assist my career in Real Estate to blossom". Jeff managed for RE/MAX from 1998 to 2001. He shared his knowledge and support with the over 150 agents at the office while continuing his sales. Following his arrival at RE/MAX in 1994, Jeff's business volume had more than tripled and at the same time, so had his service to his clients. Jeff hired an associate, Rich Ronzello, to assist with sales and organization while allowing Jeff the opportunity to specialize in his high performance marketing for his Buyers and Sellers. Rich was not only an asset but integral in his performance skills. It naturally followed that the team evolved. Now Jeff has expanded his market area. In 2006, Jeff earned the designations of SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) as well as CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist). About Rich Rich Ronzello, originally from Farmington, Connecticut was raised in the restaurant business. His family owned an Italian-American restaurant in which the whole family worked together. "Working in the family restaurant taught me discipline and structure, while at the same time allowed me a sense of ease while catering to the public." In 1969 Rich went into the armed services and was stationed in Korea during the Viet Nam conflict. This additionally was beneficial in Rich learning efficiency and commitment. Rich also uses his managerial background of 16 years with Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe, a high profile San Francisco law firm, to further organize and refine his partnership with Jeff.
